On the 60th anniversary of the death of Vitorian composer Jesús Guridi, we offer his String Quartet No.2 in A minor. A romantic work full of life and well known, followed by a second part with the String Quartet No. 14 in D minor Death and the Maiden by F. Schubert, one of the most profound and most successful works of literature for string quartet. All through the concert, we will travel with the J. Guridi quartet in A minor, dramatic but vital, to finally solve in D minor with the F. Schubert quartet, where death leads the tempo, with all its facets and rule of life.
