Canya d’or is a gralla formation set up in the autumn of 1997 in Reus. The gralla is a musical instrument like a shawm, used mainly in popular Catalan music. From the traditional formation of three grallas and a drum, the street is its natural stage, moving amid folk parades, concerts and popular balls. Their original and varied repertoire and broad experience have established them as a reference group in gralla music. In addition, their interest and desire to renew the gralla folk scene has boosted the growth of this group by enriching itself with other musicians and in different formats. All this has made it possible to offer a broad range of music in their shows. This year they are preparing what will be their second record to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

This concert is a fast-paced journey through the world of the Navarra Bagpipes. The concert shows different styles and technical possibilities of the Navarra Bagpipe, from arrangements by classical authors such as Julián Romà and Nicolás García to their tunes by Elciego Bagpipes and musical performances from various latitudes.
