Classical music invades the Racó de la Calma

The Racó de la Calma is one of the most genuine and representative places in the heritage of Sitges. And this summer, for the third consecutive year, it will also be the venue for the cycle of concerts of Clàssica al Racó, within the framework of the cultural program of Sitgestiu. As in the two previous editions, they will be the top three classified in the singing and chamber categories of the Mirabent i Magrans Contest, held last May.

The Quartet Toldrà, Ayelén Mose, Antón & Maite Piano Duo, Lalit Worathepnitian, the Altimira Quartet and Yeani Lee are the six protagonists of Clàsisca al Racó. The concerts will be held on Thursdays at 9pm. Tickets are worth 12 euros and can be purchased in person at the ticket offices of the Museums of Sitges or also telematically through its website.

Clàssica al Racó de la Calma is one of the proposals that attracts more audience in Sitgestiu. The musical offer of this edition will be completed with the representation of  Cavalleria Rusticana - by Pietro Mascagni - and Madama Butterfly - by Giacomo Puccini - and with another flagship proposal in these dates at the Museums of Sitges: Jazz al Cau with local Retrio ensemble.
