The charm and mystery of the night will permeate again every corner of the Cau Ferrat and Maricel Museum. The night tours are added permanently to the cultural offer of Museums of Sitges for the summer months. They will be held every Wednesday between 12 July and 22 August, between 22 and 24 hours.
The new proposal has been given the name of Blue Summer Nights at the museums: a stroll through the arts and heritage and will be part of Sitgestiu Cultural summer program of 2017. The itinerary will be offered in Catalan, Spanish and English. The three groups will start tours simultaneously but from different parts of the Cau Ferrat and Maricel Museum and, from there, they will continue in parallel circuits to end being all together at Racó de la Calma (Quiet Corner), where all participants will toast with a glass of champagne.
The campaign aims to provide the most accurate and personalized visit possible and, therefore, the capacity is limited to small groups of up to twenty people. Tickets for Blue Summer Nights at the museums will cost 12 euros and can be purchased at the reception of Museum of Sitges and through its Internet website.
The museum opening nights arrives this summer after the positive experiences the last two times in which it was carried out: during the two editions of the International Museum Day and the Day of Penedés Museums 2016. Now, however, the proposal will continue one day a week for six sessions.
