Good wishes for the new year come together at Maricel

Dozens of messages with good intentions have filled the Christmas tree during these holidays
The tree of wishes has been the recipient of dozens of messages that visitors to the Cau Ferrat and Maricel museums have left during the last few weeks. This is, once again, the significant contribution of Museus de Sitges to celebrate the new year, with the participation and complicity of its visitors.
Messages of peace, personal and global good wishes, particular impressions, impressions about the visit... the small cards that users have written and that have been hung on the tree have a multitude of approaches, but they almost unanimously coincide in hope and wishes for shared happiness. They have been written in Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Hebrew... and many other languages, which illustrate the plurality of audiences that the museums of Sitges receive.
The tree was installed at the beginning of December and has been in the lobby of the Maricel Museum until January 12. The nativity scene has been placed next to it during these same weeks, with figures from the Muns Collection and presented in collaboration with the Sitges Nativity Group. Visitors have reached it in the final stretch of the joint tour of the Cau Ferrat and Maricel museums, just before entering the last part of the Models of Beauty exhibition.
